OUR CAKES

Q: Are your cakes halal?

A: All our cakes are baked with halal ingredients.

Q: What are the sizes of your cake?

A: All sizes are stated on the individual product pages.

Q: Can I put in special requests on the cake decorations?

A: Yes we do! Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM for customisation requests.

Q: How many words can I add for the cake lettering?

A: The maximum length will be around "Happy birthday + a short name".

Q: How should I store my cakes and for how long?

A: Please keep the cake refrigerated at 0–4°C upon receipt for at least 30 minutes. Do not freeze.

Best enjoyed within 2 days, or within 1 day for cakes containing fresh fruits / taro. 

Q: I received my cake but it looks slightly different from the pictures from the website.

The photos on our website are purely for illustration purposes only. All our cakes are baked / handmade in a non-industrial scale hence there will be slight differences from time to time in regards to the decoration and finishing.



ORDERING

Q: How to choose my preferred delivery date & time slot?

A: You can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot during the checkout page.

Q: Can I choose self pick-up?

A: Yes, you may opt for self pick-up. All you have to do is choose your preferred pick-up date on the checkout page.

Q: Can I make collection on the day of purchase?

A: No, our cakes require 2 days pre-order. However, feel free to follow our IG for announcement if we have extra cakes on that day.

Q: Which region do you deliver to?

A: We currently only deliver to all areas in Klang Valley and Selangor.

Q: Do you provide candles?

A: Every cake order comes with 1 candle + 1 knife. 



AMENDMENTS OF ORDER DETAILS

Q: Can I change the type of cake after placing an order?

A: Unfortunately, amendments to the type of cake are not permissible after placing your order.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

A: Change of delivery address is permissible 12 hours from your pre-selected time slot. Any request of changes to delivery addresses less than 12 hours from your pre-selected time slot will not be able to be processed. Extra charges may incur.

Q: Can I change my delivery date and time slot after placing an order?

A: Amendments to the delivery date / time slot are not allowed if your expected delivery time slot is less than 48 hours from your request and the order will proceed to be delivered based on your initial date and time slot selected.

Q: Can I change the recipient's name and contact after placing an order?

A: Change of recipient’s name and contact is  permissible. Just WhatsApp us to inform us the change.
